In 2019, Beijing Jinglong Zhuoye undertook a challenging project to customize an acrylic music soundproof cover for the National Grand Theatre. This project not only puts forward extremely high requirements for material performance, but also faces many technical difficulties in the design and construction process. However, with the unremitting efforts and research spirit of the company team, Beijing Jinglong Zhuoye successfully overcame these challenges and completed the project on time and with quality.
The design and manufacturing of acrylic music soundproof covers is a precise and complex engineering task. Firstly, acrylic materials need to have excellent acoustic performance to ensure the clarity and fullness of music. At the same time, the shape and structural design of the anti acoustic cover must be able to accurately control the reflection and diffusion of sound, creating the best auditory effect. In addition, how to maintain transparency and aesthetics while ensuring structural stability and durability during the processing of acrylic materials is also a challenge in engineering.
Faced with these challenges, the R&D team of Beijing Jinglong Zhuoye conducted in-depth research and experimentation. By adopting advanced CNC engraving technology and precise hot forming process, the company has successfully solved the technical difficulties in acrylic material processing. While ensuring material transparency and acoustic performance, the team also innovatively designed the structure of the anti acoustic cover, making it both lightweight and stable, and able to withstand wear and tear in daily use.
